Friday's Featured Fluff Addict is Kristin!

It's Friday, time to feature another fluff addict!  This week we're featuring Kristen, a mama of two and the mom behind the Kristen's Blog. Read our interview with her below.

Tell us your name and a little about your family.
My name is Kristen. My husband and I have been married since 2005. We have a 4 year old son and a nearly 9 month old daughter.

Where are you located?
Near Kansas City, MO.

Do you have or have you had children in cloth diapers?
My daughter is currently in cloth diapers.

Were you cloth diapered as a child?

What's the primary reason you chose to use cloth diapers?
Financial. My husband was out of work for the last 4 months of my pregnancy and the job he did find, doesn't pay nearly as much as the old one.

Favorite part about using cloth diapers?
The cute factor and the money savings.

What does your family or friends think about your decision to use cloth?
They thought I was nuts at first. The parents still aren't too keen on the idea. In fact, my mom still buys disposables every now and then. That's fine if she wants to use them, but I'm not buying them!

Besides the actual diaper, what would you consider to be a must have cloth diaper accessory?
Cloth wipes or a wetbag.

Of all the Knickernappies products, which would you most like to try and why?
I'd like to try any of them!  I don't have any Knickernappies products yet.

What piece of advice would you give to a mom considering cloth diapers for her baby?
I was lucky to have a family member who uses cloth diapers on her kids, and I was able to bounce questions off her. She actually gave me the stash I have, with the exception of 3 BG 3.0s I bought off of Craigslist. So my advice is if you're considering cloth, find a message board or someone you can bounce questions off of and just try it. I wasn't sure i'd like cd'ing until I tried it. And now I'm addicted. If you don't like it, you can always resell the diapers and get most, if not all you're money back. You really don't have much to lose, just a lit of money to save!
